Seit Anfang 2020 musste ich viele neue Wörter und semantische Umdeutungen lernen. Das Neologismenwörterbuch hat der Flut an neuen und neu besetzten Worten und Wendungen eine eigene Rubrik gewidmet. Da wir dem Wortaberglauben anhängen, meinen wir, dass jedes Wort auf eine reale Sache verweist. Offensichtlich findet nicht nur in unserem mentalen Lexikon eine gewaltige Umwälzung statt.
Was entlarvt und was steuert die Sprache? Wie kann das Denken autonom bleiben? Und mit welchen Worten wird man je über diese Zeit sprechen können?

CORONAALPHABET
Since the beginning of 2020, I have had to learn many new words and semantic reinterpretations. The neologism dictionary has devoted a separate section to the flood of new and recast words and phrases. Since we adhere to the word superstition, we think that every word refers to a real thing. Obviously, a huge upheaval is taking place not only in our mental lexicon.
What unmasks and what controls language? How can thought remain autonomous? And with what words will we ever be able to speak about this time?
